[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — refund against my partial payment | |
Club mahindra team, After received call from your representive, i had attended your company membership presentation at genex hotel, vadodara (Gujarat) on 4th feb 2018. Member scheme present by your sale executive mr. Vineet abhi and he said to me you get special discount if you booked on today with deposit some amount. And also said if you don't want for membership for any reason, informed us within two days, we will refund your payment within seven days. Based on his assurance, i made payment 10000 inr through my credit card. Due to some my financial problem, i call to him for cancelled my membership and refund my payment. After numbers of call and continuous follow up with mr. Vineet abhi, till date my payment is not credited. Please look in this matter immediately and credit my payment.
