I want to cancel my membership,
I have paid Down Payment of Rs 31000.00. and I want a refund for this

I have emailed for cancellation on 06th Jul 2022 But till now there is no action on it. only reply is that we will try to resolve
Due to Financial issues, I do not wish to continue.
As recently we have got good news my wife is pregnant and doctor advice not to travel.
I do not like to argue with your agents as they kept on insisting that refund is not possible and providing me solutions.
Now they have invited me to their office. As I assume when I will go there the story will be same.
I really don't want to be stress out as this is our 1st baby and I do not want any bad omen fighting for this refund.
When I signed the agreement that time we were not knowing about pregnancy.
Now your agents are pushing hard to continue because I have signed the agreement.
It's not good and it's headace for us. I know my capacity and finances so based on that I have made the decision not to continue.
Forcing too continue is not good for the reputation of Club Mahindra.
I would request an official reply for my status. and I do not wish to visit their office.
I have email so many times to club mahindra after 06th Jul 2022.
But always there is same reply. We will revert to your concern at the earliest.
I wish Club Mahindra will understand my situation and initiate my return
