[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Refund down payment & withdraw my application. | |||||
Dear sir, I am harish pathak had bought a club mahindra membership white studio, on 10th february 2017. My membership no is 2744117, with 50% down-payment of rs.1, 85, 800 on 10th february 2017. I bought a club mahindra membership from mr. Deepak trivedi (Takeover manger club mahindra) and mr. Shivendra ojha (Senior manger). On next day that is on 11th february i called mr. Deepak trivedi for withdrawal my application for full refund. Mr. Deepak trivedi told me to send email to him with payment detail and then within 10 days as (Per rule part c - 8.1) my down payment that is rs.1, 85, 800 will be credited in my account. Next day i send email and submit all the payment details to him, then he told me first activate membership then money will be transfer, i complete all the procedure as per communication with deepak trivedi, also phone call him daily, but now he is not giving proper response on call and not replying for messages. And miss guide me daily still i am not getting my payment. Now i am requesting company to refund the entire money i have given. I want guidance on how to go about this. Please help.
