Club Mahindra Holidays — refund money

I was misguided by the agent.
They told me that I will get pickup drop, food and sightseeing.
all this was included in package but when i tried to book my holidays the agent named Zeeshan dint pickup the calls.

I need my money back.
No one is responding from call Center and even sales person is also not responding .
It seems i have to plan my holidays as per their available rooms and this is not posible for me.

Now they are saying that refund is not possible
