This is to inform you that i have joined membership for club mahindra holidays on 03.03.2019 having membership id 2858768.in this connection an amount of rs.24500/- was debited twice on 05.03.2019 from my hdfc credit card as membership fee.
After that i was told by your sales person that extra amount of rs.24500 was debited erroneously and it will be refunded within 2-3 days.
But i am surprised to note that even after lapse of almost 1 month, the aforesaid amount has still not been refunded till date.
I have mailed several times but no one bothers to even respond to those emails.
So you are advised to refund rs. 24500 on immediate basis and also close my membership.
I do not want to continue relationship with such a worse company as of yours where customer service is pathetic and no one is there to resolve the problems of the customers. If i am facing such problem in the starting period of my membership, then god knows what i will have to face later.
Therefore you are requested to refund my whole money and close my membership.
