I have requested several times to club mahindra for refund of my initial deposit ( Rs. 31, 160.00). My last e-mail (reminder-2) send to your department on 10.06.2017 for refund of my initial deposit and in this regard your response through e-mail on dated 15.06.2017 was received that my initial deposit will be refunded within 25 working days, but no refund has been received till date. It means Club Mahindra has not taken necessary action on my request. Only assurance given to me that my money will be refunded within few working days. I am surprised that how much time required for process of refund (as per your responding e-mails refund time= Ist 60days +IInd 20days +IIIrd 30 days and last 25 days). I have not availed any facilities of club Mahindra. Presently I am facing financial problem. It is very unfortunately inform to your department that their working style depend only business conversation based. Once again I am requesting to you please solve the matter about my refunds.
