All further communication will happen from this mail id only. For your satisfaction I've included the email id given in the form in CC. Now to the capture the essence of our complaint and cheating by your sales representative Deepak Borah ( [protected]). We wanted to check on Club Mahindra holiday options and your representative Deepak called on on last week of Jan15 to explain the options. We advised that though the options are good, we have some financial commitments/constraints now and would like to go for it later once we have managed our finances. However, your sales representative Deepak persisted with us that the current offers are valid if we book only today and we can pay by credit card and he will hold off all future EMI's till we give the go ahead. He also advised that the membership is fully transferable. We again reiterated that if our financial commitments /constraints do not get settled in the interim period we may cancel our membership . Deepak acknowledged our concerns and promised to work it out. He then got the forms filled up, while I was going through the forms. . He advised that we can read the same at our comfort later. He also advised that someone will call for verification and we should only speak about the scheme details and not the finances. In February week 1, I saw another advertisement of Club Mahindra with similar offers and called up Deepak and he advised that our offer is better and the current offer is for higher membership plans only. (We had opted for White Studio ). In February week 2, we realised that we will not be able to afford the membership under our financial conditions and both me and wife continously SMS'd and sent WhatsApp messages to Deepak and he never responded to our messages and calls. We were then forced to call your office and they simply directed us to write to the member relations email id. After our initial mail someone from your Vashi office called up my wife and told that we will not get our money back and we should therefore continue our payments. My wife then asked them to call on my number to explain. During the call with me, i reiterated all the points raised above and Deepak was also brought into conference. Deepak however made a volte face from his commitments during the sale and denied making any promises. Both the persons on the phone said we can go to police & consumer court but we will not get our monet back since the 10 day look in period is over and we have signed on the terms and conditions. They further advised that we did not bring out our financial issues during the verification call. This is a clear case of cheating by your organisation and your representative Deepak. I would like to bring out the following points : * Deepak never advised that we can't withdraw our initial deposit, even after we repeatedly stating our financial issues and reluctance to join now. * We had not used a single offering under the membership plan. So how can I be charged for some services not utilised? * The verification call did not explain the 10 day look in period or asked about about it. They only asked about if the scheme has been explained in full. Deepak anyway has asked us not to speak about financial matters during the call. * Your sales representative never allowed us to read the T&C before signing and advised that they are the same stuff what he has explained. Its our mistake of trusting your brand and your representative. * We had reached out to Deepak towards end of week1 and he never responded only to delay and let the 10day clause set in. In light of the points raised above, request you to kindly refund our initial deposit without any further delay and severely reprimand your liar sales representative Deepak. Just now I again got a call from Mr.Rohit and Mr.Deepak to re state their cheating tactics and dissolve themselves of any wrongdoing . I still stand by my complaint agaist the persons named above. Further, as confirmed by Rohit in todays call he has recorded todays call as well as earlier calls without notice and he claims that he can do that legally without informing me.
