I called up Clubmahindra customer service n, they requested me to forward details (through email) for withdrawal of my application n, also requested full/partial refund Details as below👇👇👇 Hi Sir, my name is Ronny Wadia from Mumbai...email: [protected]@gmail.com On 12th March had applied for Clubmahindra membership.. Had made partial down-payment (of rupees 26, 980) through Credit Card ... Through your senior sales executive Mr. Rajesh Udeshi frm Andheri branch The very next day (13th March 2017) I requested withdrawal of my membership (through email) form (MAF) for a full or partial refund. MAF number: SEP/2015/25YRS/104244 ( reasons being, scarcity of liquidity ) They emailed me, saying their team will get back to me n address my issue but, still no word from them. That made me call up their Andheri office n, To my surprise found that my membership id 2749817 has already been generated n, that my case is been handled by Mr. Amit Kumar singh but, still no word from him (till date) I worried, they won't refund me my down-payment n might misuse my credit card details. I feel cheated n regret my decision to join CM. I wanna know, what needs to be done to get my down-payment back.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
