[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — Refund of my Membership

I am Sharanya Nair,

I am go zest member with member id - 2968472. Dated:[protected]. I am writing this email with the great dissapointment i have faced with Club Mahindra sales executive by misrepresenting the facts in their presentation and took a KYC vedio o[censored]s accepting the terms and conditions, which i have mentioned below.

1. They have told us 70 points will be deducted for hotel units per night all around India when the actual deductions per night is 88 points.

2. They have told us we will be given 25 nights for the whole 3years of Membership. Which is again not correct when the fact is 21 nights only for 3years of Membership for Hotel Units.

3. They have told us Club Mahindra has Hotel units in all the resorts around India which is again not true.

4. They have given only verbal presentation with no ppt or any other records, with false promises and took a KYC vedio of me accepting the terms and conditions. But the terms and conditions which they have informed us was false and Misrepresented.

5. After i got the right information through Club Mahindra websites and customer care services i have contacted the same sale executive by Name: Hemraj chauhan Ph: [protected] (presently in Club Mahindra Hilltop Resort, Musoorie) he insisted again as to not believe websites and customer services. And trust him as he will assure that i will get 25 nights with only 70 points per night for 3 whole years.

6. On[protected] i have received call for conforming. In which i have clearly did not confirm asked for Cancellation of the Membership and further proceeding. Even after a clear non confirmation i have received mail regarding reconfirming my details. Which is absolutely not acceptable.

With all the above misleading informations given to me by the sales executive and on boarding me for the membership with false promises, i do not want to confirm my membership and want to cancel my membership registration and initiate for the refund of the down payment amount of Rs.28, 125. Further, a auto debit mandate has been set for 6 monthly EMI starting from 7th march, 2022 should cancelled immediately and a confirmation for the same should be sent to me at the earliest.

I request for the Cancellation of the Membership, EMI mandate and refund the payment made with confirmation at your end.

I have sent a mail to Member experience Id and called customer care service a numerous times i have not received any call back till now. i have been told i will be receiving a call back in 48hours but its been 10days i have not received a single call but i have received courier of membership kit for which i have applied for cancellation by nor confirming

kindly revert to my complaint and do the needful.

I would also recommend to take appropriate action against the sales executive and his team for misleading a potential customer and degrading the reputation of Club Mahindra.
