[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Refund pending | |||||
I paid them Rs. 31, 160 as a downpayment for a White membership on 26/01/2017, on a condition that in case I change my mind (before Feb, 2017) I will get a full refund. I confirmed my cancellation through an email on 31/01/2017, on which I got an acknowledgment through an email from their Sr. Relationship Manager - Farshogar Madon that I will get my refund in 45 working days. These 45 working days were over on 24/03/2017. I have been trying to reach them since first week of march through emails, customer care number, SMS for a callback and their relationship manager, but nobody cares to revert. I have all the emails with me and can produce when ever required. Screen shots of the same have been attached for reference. Was this information helpful? | |||||
