I took membership by paying some amount of down payment online
And within 10 days i applied for cancellation of membership
After that i came to know that agent from MHIL put my incorrect mail id. after lots of mail and telephonic communication i received mail on my mail id that my cancellation req. Is approved and refund will given within 90 days
But till date MHIL didn't approch me for inform of mode of refund so i mail regarding that and reply from MHIL was please mail from your registered mail id..
How they can response like that even i got otp on my mail id during registration
I got mail regarding refund approval on my mail id
Even after i change my mail id by mail and manual speed post
Now what to do? There is no response from agent nor from mail
( MHIL agent ask me mail 2 times during regitarion
1 during varification, and i got otp on my mail id
2nd during filling form online and that mail id put incorrectly by agent)
On 20th nov i assured that refund will given within 90 dyas
N now they tell this email id dont belong to their registration
Inshort
1. They put wrong email id during registration so now i'm not able to communicate regarding refund
2. During cancellation i send lots of mail and manulal speed post than only my cancellation accepted from my mail id and now they not properly respinding my mail id
3. They intensely put wrong mail id so i can not cancel in future
