Hi,
I got an gift voucher for 2 nights stay on 26/01/21 at Pondicherry promotion camp.
when i try to book in online its shown that rooms are not available all resorts up to next three months.None of resorts are showing available.
its this voucher is worth or just for formalities to call for meeting to put your plan to customer.
Please let me know booking will provide or not.

It seems that Gift voucher is a cheating plan and Club mahindra deliberately irritating and wasting the common people time by calling their promotion program.

    My wife & I are senior citizens.I am a Defence Pensioner.On 21.1.21 we received a call from a GoZest Sales Manager (Madhav) congratulating us for being a NEXON owner, and, stating that they have a tie-up with Tata Motors, and, are offering special 3 yr holiday packages!On 22.1.21, Madhav & Napoleon visited our residence and assured us of maximum hastle-free enjoyment in Club Mahindra Resorts for 9 Nights, 10 Days per year for 3 yrs, with Rs.5000+2000 Food Vouchers, etc., all for Rs.93010/-.Since we normally go on Cruises abroad, we thought it'll be worthwhile to travel by car in Maharastra, Goa, Gujarat resorts, and, remitted Rs.93010/- through my Debit Card, on Madhav's assurance that he'll book Varca Resort from 18-24 Feb 21 positively.Thereafter, there was no communication either from Madhav or Napoleon (RM). As we had to make in-transit reservations for one night, we called [protected] on 27.1.21 to query about the Varca reservation.Idan Fernandes checked and clarified that no such reservation was done, and, neither was any room available except for 24/25 Feb 21 thereafter!Disappointed with the commitment/assurance given by Madhav, I requested that my Membership be cancelled & a full REFUND be precipitated immediately.There is a cooling-off/First look period of 10 days wherein immediate refunds are to be given.The Complaint details were also conveyed to the Senior Officers of Club Mahindra-ie Sh.Sujit Paul & Sh.Kavinder Singh, MD, requesting them to escalate action.
    On 2.2.21, I'm now told by their Support Staff that the Complaint is in hand, and, that they'll revert within a day or two.Club Mahindra collects money swiftly, but, tries to delay refunds on petty grounds-un-concerned with the Customer's conveniences.I request that the full REFUND of Rs.93010.00 be got expedited-without further escalation to the Statutory Authoritees.

    Jessie Arosha ([protected]) called on 3.2.21 stating that our refund request was submitted within the coolin off/trial period, we'll get full refund by 90 days.We responded by saying that Club Mahindra collects cash on the spot with a card-swipe & that holding up an amount of over Rs.93000 for three months is not acceptable to an elderly pensioner, unless interest @ 18% per annum is paid on it!Club Mahindra Holidays cannot hold Customer's at ransom like this when the fault is solely of their own staff.I am 76 yrs old.Will I live for another 3 months.Who knows?

      I took membership by paying some amount of down payment online
      And within 10 days i applied for cancellation of membership

      After that i came to know that agent from MHIL put my incorrect mail id. after lots of mail and telephonic communication i received mail on my mail id that my cancellation req. Is approved and refund will given within 90 days
      But till date MHIL didn't approch me for inform of mode of refund...

      Deliberate exploitation of existing customers by club mahindra

      Hello sir/ma'am,

      I wish to cancel my Club Mahindra Membership due to the following reasons:

      (a) I had taken the membership considering I can visit most resorts as per my wish and as per my child's holidays. However, even in the Red season membership, I find most of the resorts booked. Thus planning a holiday during the school vacations to a destination of our choice is just impossible. Very clearly the space...

      I Pathan Mahammedsalimkhan M. From Gujarat, I have your club member with membar ID 2828476
      I stayed with my family with one child 13 month old from 30 Nov. - 03 Dec 2020 at kandaghat resort. Our check in time on the first day 2.30pm. we were told to your staff, We traveled in a car from Gujarat continues drive 16 hours by self drive. We were very tired in travelling. so I request to your staff about our journey. we are Informed of all matters to your staff. But unfortunately They didn't listen to us a single word. Their Behaviour was not like a glory or guests to us. We Did not give us room check in time. He even spoke You go to the garden outside in the Reception room. You can check the CCTV footage of Reception Room. We booked HU for 2 Member at that time But we had 3 family members came. So We were not given a option to booking to the room. And We had to pay Extra person charge the mistake of your staff for Incomplete knowledge of booking policy. Room not cleaned. We were not given complete information about the amenities, facilities and activities of the resort. Your staff or Relationship Manager only had interest in how to upgrade membership. We had 4 calls about upgrade membership. We had to call from 3 to 4 times for anything Services even water, towel, sugar, etc…. then get room services by your staff. You can check telephonic data and converstion of resort. And we had next go to Manali White Meadows Hotel on 03rd Dec. 2020. We checked out at 10 o'clock from kandaghat resort. But big isuue rised by your lazyness staff. Our luggage was taken from the room y your lazyness staff. We were told luggage to keep it in your car. But they did not keep the luggage bag - 3 in the car. It had the essentials of our babygirl even cloth, milk bottle, diaper kit, Food items and many more essential. Now you think that our journey must have been panic. Even after that we said the Telephonic call to send the luggage to White Meadows, Manali. But your lazyness staff did not even agree to make this arrangement. We got sad news on the last day in Manali our close friend died accidentally We had to leave manali before one day. We had go to Chandigarh directly from Manali. we had to pay time and money due to the mistake of your staff. So We could not join our friend's Funeral’s. On the whole It was a bad experience for our first time stayed. It will be our last at Equatorial. We will not never refer anyone about club Mahindra membership. We will not book the next resort until we get a response from you.

Idea that I was charged for 5 and half nights... Whereas I have only been provided two nights and charged for 5 and half nights... So kindly resolve the issue on priority basis

          Hi Team,

          Request you to please cancel our membership with immediate effect and help us with complete refund as we have not been given access to one holiday or vouchers as promised in the initial agreement.

          I have been rigorously follwoing-up in utter dismay. I have been calling up with no response from your team. alos dropped emails/reminders for the same.
          Below is the detailed email shared with the customer service of Club Mahindra.

          Hello Team,

          My membership ID is 2910917, I took the membership in the month of March 2020. When I took the membership I was committed below points (also attached is the copy) which I can avail till March 2022 (within 2 years), but now when I visited the branch in Jasola Delhi, I was told a different story. I have been cheated by your Sales Guy Surendra Kumar (ID card attached),

          7 night 8 Days International Stay (told today that it is valid only till March 2021 but only If I pay further EMIs else I cannot avail it)
          5 night 6 days Domestic stay (told today that it is valid only till March 2021 but only If I pay further EMIs else I cannot avail it)
          4 Coupons for 2 nights and 3days (specifically given by the Sales team, received only 2 coupon but were only valid for 6 months and have already expired and I could not use use any due to Covid)
          Rs 8000 Food Voucher (called the customer care and okay with this)
          Rs 8000 Amazon Voucher (told today that I need to pay 6 EMIs else I willl not get this)
          Rs 15000 Yatra Flight Voucher (given by the Sales team, told today that it is not visible, as the sales guy who sold the membership, did not put this in my ID)
          Rs 200 Book my Show voucher ( Were only for 6 months and already expired and I could not use these due to Covid).

          I was told to pay 33K as down payment and then pay 3 EMI for 11.3K each to avail all the above benefits and once I pay 3 EMIs I can stop the EMI payment and avail all these benefits within next 2 years i.e. March 2022. And I can continue to pay EMI only if I like the benefits in the future.

          I called the sales guy to enquire about the above and got to know that he have already left the organization.

          My concern is I have already paid 66K in total as of now but have not received anything mentioned above. And I was told today that I have to continue to pay the EMI to avail any of the above benefits. There was a huge false commitment done by the sales guy only to push his sales.

          I have been cheated by your sales guy. Either please give all these benefits to me as promised, by you guys, or I else I need refund of my money. I have really very dissatisfied by the way your employees have tried to cheat me only to meet their target.

          I had a word with Gaurav Sharma (ID 28011) and Varun Kohli (24787). And they assured to have a resolution. Expecting a resolution asap. Let me know if you need further details from me.

            We decided to your take a membership from cup Mahindra but you are employee has fraud us he set false information to to us which was not in the membership we have paid 20, 000 and I wanted to refund it back as soon as possible we are trying to reach him for a long time but he’s not being out calls and nothing he told us that he will give food vouchers of word 6000 but that was not true he Gave a wrong statement and now he’s not being up the calls and your call centre is calling us for the instalment but we don’t want to continue as your member has taken advantage of our faith and he has given false statement to us which was not in the membership so kindly Look after this matter or I need to knock the doors of the consumer court for the compensation

                  Sir I m mash-up Singh my membership I'd is 2900826. I have taken the membership of club membership in this I have paid Emi of rupees 33340/- after this I have paid two emission of Rs 11309 in February 2020 and second Emi on 7th of March 2020 but as we all know that there was a lock down all over India in that we both I madhu and my husband both o[censored]s lost our jobs and we are in serious financial crises not been able to continue this and mail mainstay club to refund our money but all in vain so I want my money back

                    Prashant Joshi and Divyangna Dhaka offered me a 2 year membership plan and asked me to pay Rs 33840 on the spot and 3 EMI's of Rs 11308 each. They took around 68000 rupees from me. When I called them to book my holidays, they didn't pick my call. I called customer care and they told me there is no 2 year plan and their system shows I'm a 25 year plan member. I can't book my holidays through club mahindra app because it shows my EMI's are due. Both Prashant Joshi([protected]) and Divyangna Dhaka([protected]) are frauds who don't pick my calls. It has been more than 1 year and I haven't been able to book a single holiday. My member ID is 2907084 and I want complete refund.

                      I am a member of club mahindra since 8 years. Taken blue membership that time. But saw that Your company is not providing so many resorts with the facilitative dates.
                      Then your executive convinced me to take white membership to avail the benefits.
                      (Note : When i had taken blue membership there was no Season like PURPLE .. it was told us that it is blocked for the maintainable work only.)
                      This year after upgradation we planned to celebrate our christmas or New year ( atleast one special occasion) with our son to Goa :...
                      and what i saw - However you are having 3 huge properties in goa not a single property or half of its occupancy is provided for white members or red season members ...
                      And then checked the whole season chart and i was shocked to see that maximum (almost all properties where a family can enjoy new year) are blocked with purple season.
                      And it is totally unfair with the other season members as we are also paying you ASF every year.
                      we had also taken your membership by paying your decided amount to be a member ...
                      but still we are feeling like beggars to request for getting the bookings after putting so many efforts and yes you blocked all the festivals and summer holidays with the ( newly introduced purple season) and barred all the other season members from their share in the number of days we get..
                      I want you to please take an action against it ..as early as possible ...
                      because i can’t tolerate this negligence you people are giving and not replying any of my complains ...
                      if it is not solved by your side...
                      i will raise my complaint in the consumer court/ forum. for my and other members help.

                        Please tell me where i am wrong and what is my fault? Trusting you or Trusting The brand. almost 10 months now and as per your policy it is 7 / 14 days cancellation policy if i am not happy with the product and i cancelled the policy in 2 days from the booking ammount i had paid and then i made complains to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com

                        From a Frustrated Person who dint receive the reward which i was promised too (during the promotion, Nitin and Clare is aware off and later with my emails and chats he did sent me a photo of the hotel booking reward as a pictures which i dont consider as a reward as i cant claim it as a reward) and after raising 2 cases with membership compliants, nitin did transfer me money 5000 and 2000 from his personal account and remaining 13000 is still pending and nor he is responding to me nor my messages.

                          I have made a payment of rs40000 through UPI in favour of club mahindra with referene id"[protected]"at 2:24pm on 09-dec-2020 with the conversation with the relationship manager :mr vinit kumar".but after getting the payment his mail and talks were not satisfying so i have decided not to continue with it.so i asked him to get my payment refunded as i have not signed any bond with him.so he started threatening me that my money will not be refunded and i cant do anything and money will never be refunded which is against company law and i have deposited the money by knowing the reputation of the company so kindly refund my amount as i have not got any call or mail from the company regarding the refund.

                                I am Amit Kumar Nain having Member ID - 2919757 for (Go Zest Classic) which will be effective from 11/2020 to 10/2023 i.e. not even started yet.
                                As I wanted to cancel my membership for the same plan due to some financial problems.
                                I had only paid down payment amount i.e. Rs. 14850.00, and the 1st EMI was due on 7th Sept. 2020, EMI`s are on hold till 7th, Dec, 2020. But due to financial issues, i will not be able to pay my EMI`s further for the same. For the current financial crisis i even need that Rs. 14850.00 as refund for the unused membership plan. (As told by the Sales representative that i will get refund also if the membership is not used even once)
                                For that i requested and sent a mail on 3rd of sept. 2020, as well for the cancellation of the plan and time to time reminder for that also but nothing gained much by that also till today.
                                I had got 2 to 3 calls also in which they called me and asked again and again as to why i'am cancelling my membership in spite of telling continuously my financial situation.
                                In this pandemic time, i want to get over the financial crisis that i am going through so want to get resolved the issue as soon as possible.

                                  I had made payment on 11-oct and booked a gozest membership of club Mahindra. Later when I received the verification call from the company's office, I realised I was mis-sold the membership with incorrect information. O immediately opted for cancellation and seeked refund. The executive informed we will revert to you with an expected refund date.

                                  It's been 1.5 months since then, and no revert. No revert on my multiple emails. Even when you call on call centre, the reply is that we note your request and our team shall revert. That's a standard reply always.

                                  I can't wait any longer and the money paid is a big number for me.

                                  Can somone look into this?
