I am Pankaj Gupta, Club Mahindra Membership ID 2737227.
I was invited to ClubMahindra Radisson Blue hotel Haipur over phone, to which I visited along with my family . After spending an hour with an marketing executive Mr. Lokesh, I was forced to convinced that I should take the membership. I asked him let us take a day to think over it and go through the product details and than we will take the decision. But, his aggressive marketing skills made us to take the membership on the spot, on 31 december 2016 by paying Rs.25000 on the spot by credit card. They filled the form .
After going through the document I came across clause that there is annual subscription fees and I got the feedback from friends that when you require you will not get the rooms in their property. After some days i.e. in 8 days I approached their office & emailed for cancellation & I was told that your refund will be paid in 90 days .I did not understand the reason for keeping my money for 90 days however I agreed with them but till date there is no refund has been received.
After crossing those 90 days period, I have contacted many times to their various departments and they are giving various excuses that they did not receieved email for headoffice.
This is such a mental trauma for me that inspite of cancelling within the said period these people are not releasing my payments
At the time of meeting they have falsely committed that they will give us 4 movie tickets, I claimed the same many times but not received any response for them
This is such a teribble experience, please do not choose Club Mahindra for spoiling your valuable vacations.
