[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Refusing to process request for discontinuing membership on account of member demise | |
Club Mahindra was informed of my Father's expiry in Nov 2019 . I sent an email to them on Mar 22, 2020 informing them that the member passed away and in light of his demise and the fact that we were all impacted by the COVID 19 spread, we could not and did not utilize the account. Despite several emails and calls from 2020 to 2021, they have refused to process this request and continue to bill my deceased father. It was after seeing a Dues reminder for their ASF that I decided to compose this complaint. I will need to escalate this because their customer service has not even been taught basic phone courtesy or sensitivity. They have just made false promises and assurances without once saying they will look into this and process the discontinuation of membership on the grounds of compassion.
