Dear sir/ madam,
I am Dr.N.Narendran from Madurai (Tamil nadu), India. I have got call from skoda showroom stating that I am eligible free gift voucher of 2nights and 3days stay in club mahindra resorts. As i went to the showrooom, they have showed me a 45min presentation regarding the club mahindra membershipa and resorts. I believed on the name of mahindra groups and I beleived the staff's promises. But the staffs have given full of false promises and they fooled me completely stating that booking of resorts can be done within 3days of payment of money through holiday voucher. Since i wanted the booking of resorts for the past 7days, i have tried to contact the staff members repeatedly. But still the staff members ignored the call or given false promises that booking is confirmed and mail will reach at any time. As i am completely fedup and irritated with these fraud actions, I don't want my membership anymore. So kindly refund my money of Rs.36781 that I have paid to join this membership. My membership Id is 3005246 and i dont want to continue this membership at any cost.
