I very recently subscribed to the 15 years Classic Club Mahindra holiday programme and my membership ID is 515894. I am writing this mail to cancel my membership for the following reasons.
1. Unfulfilled membership benefits (amazon pay balance for INR 20k, pre-closure amount reduction upto 25k, food card 50% concession, club & select card with 50% rebate, four complimentary nights)
2. Delay in sending the membership/benefits documents via email/post.
3. Negligence in communication.
My first point of contact is Mr Thameem (his mobile number [protected]) and Mr Vishnu Kiran (his mobile number [protected]). These two men are from the Chennai branch who assisted me in signing up for this transaction.
The overall membership cost is INR 247673. I made an initial payment for INR 66425 and further chose the EMI method to pay off. On this month, Feb 7th, I made my first payment for INR 15104. My original plan is to do a pre-closure within six months.
Initially, the customer care and response by Thameem and Vishnu Kiran were remarkable, but everything turned lopsided once I committed by paying the initial amount. After which until today, every time I make a phone call, these two men address my queries/complaints in contorted manner. I have a voice recording of all the communication, which can serve as pieces of evidence when required.
All of the above experiences made me bitter and changed my mind. Hence I want to withdraw my subscription, and I request a refund with immediate effect. Was this information helpful? |
