[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — Request refund of full/partial amount paid towards club mahindra membership

The total amount i have paid towards club mahindra 10 year membership is 1, 19, 409/- rs. which includes down payment of 36, 750/- rs, and 13, 243/- rs towards annual subscription fees and an emi of 17, 354/- rs for a period four months.

I sent out an email on 2/10/2016 to [protected]@clubmahindra.com seeking cancelation of my membership as i wanted to cancel my membership due to various reasons. i didn't receive prompt response with the refund details for three months and it is yesterday that i received a mail with the following message.

"we sincerely regret that we are unable to retain you as our valuable member. however further to the cancellation request raised by you on 05/10/2016, we would like to inform you that we have raised the cancellation request and all the future emis are void and cancelled.
As mentioned to you during our discussion, we would like to re-instate that your membership cancellation would not be eligible for a refund (refer clause 8.1 & 8.2) and the amount paid by you against the same rests non-refundable."

I expect full/partial refund of the amount that i have paid so far as i haven't received any services from club mahindra.

Ps: i can provide more details about why i wanted to cancel the membership, if that really matters in this context.

Are you kidding? While I am already expressing my dissatisfaction here about not refunding even a single rupee after membership cancellation, you guys deducted one more EMI for the month of January. Is this a joke or what?
