[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Requesting re-credit of days deducted during the holiday at Club Mahindra Cherai | |
I have booked 2 nights stay at club Mahindra cheer on Aug 2021. The property was beautiful but the rooms were not well maintained. Absolutely no maintenance and dirty rooms were provided when we checked in.The rooms were full of dust particles and room smells a lot. Seems no proper maintenance done for air conditioning as well.We already complained regarding this, but they said they can only provide different room next day due to no availability. Due to discomfort we spent most of the time out side the room, and next day evening we decided to check out instead of shifting to a different room as we were 2 families with 4 adults and 4 kids. As a member we pay annual maintenance cost around 15, 000 to 17, 000 per year. Also, members have to bear the food and activity expenses as well separately during the stay. Club Mahindra gives only 7 nights per year to their customers. Hence, I am requesting Club Mahindra to re-credit the days deduced as part of this booking. Please review this concern.
