Hi i took club membership from you guys in april end, i requested for cancellation immediately as i realised it was not suiting us, they started the reversal process but they told it will take 60 days time. It was bit much but i was ok with it. But now it's almost 3 months and still no refund or anything. I have c sent around 10 mails but still no proper reply, just a statement it will be done. You guys are soo irresponsible, why do u guys make customers run likes this?? You guys get any pleasure is it seeing us send mails n trying to reach you guys to get our hard earned money back??
