Club Mahindra Holidays — unable to redeem free gift holiday voucher offered | |||
We received a 2 nights 3 days club mahindra guft voucher but whenever i try to redeem it online there system say no available dates. I checked it by selected almost all their indian resorts and none of them are available for any dates for next six months. What is the point of giving the voucher if we are not able to redeem it. I have cancelled my membership in jun but
Still not received my 10000 rs refund. Wrote multiple mails but results are 0.
In a mail time was given to me was 90 days but after that your team told me that 30 days more now it's more than 5 months.

No cheque sent to me the details of address they are giving is not my even they are not answering my questions.
This is not my address, you have delivered that to wrong address.
Send me full address details of receptionist which you mentioned in courier.
From where you got my address?
All you are just passing time by saying we have delivered your cheque.
Now in next mail I'll receive a message saying it will take 2 month to validate.
This is not a fair customer policy

What address you have mentioned on courier?
