I got the red studio membership in 2014, upgrading my Zest membership and paying more than 3.5L, apart from Zest membership's 1L which already payed. I never able to book any room here to my choice. I decided now to sell the membership to someone. I wrote a mail to the Member Relations asking the process to transfer the membership. They suggested me to pay the ASF charges and can transfer the membership. I have paid ASF charges for 4 years for 55000 which I have not used a single day any rooms. I have visited the branch office in Chennai with the buyer. To my surprise, these guys changed the rules abruptly it seems that I should wait for 5 years to transfer the membership. But while I got the membership, it was mentioned only 2 years and I was never informed about this 5 years. Now, they are not allowing me to transfer the membership because they changed the rules for 5 years. This seems clearly a tactic to stop people from selling. I am disappointed with the Club Mahindra response.
Please someone suggest me how this Issue can be resolved and what is the legal remedy there I can pursue to get the full money with Interest. Was this information helpful? |
