I had posted a complaint on July 1st against Club Mahindra. They had promised me that justice will be served. But till now, they have not taken any action for that.
Again i posted on july 15th, but it didn't get the attention as the content was short. So today i am posting it one more time.
I am a victim of cheating and fraud by Club Mahindra holidays. I want to register a complaint against Mr. Mr. Gagan Kumar, Takeover Manager who literally has taken over our money and happiness and Ms. Deepali Sarvaiya. I want to take severe actions against these two cheaters. And also against Club Mahindra who trick people into taking their useless membership.
After i posted the first complaint, I was promised that justice would be served. But i would like to know what they have have taken till now.
Those who are reading this, my mind advice. Never ever listen to these agents from Club Mahindra. You can see them standing at major shopping malls, centers etc. Never give your name and number to them.
I hope they will take action and refund my money back this time. Or i think i will have to register my complaint in a consumer court.

    I am complaining about refund matter since many days but there is no looking forward yet. I paid a down payment as they asked for although belonging from a middle class family. But this club did not provide any accomodation when needed. And when we asked for refund, no reply since then. I need a solution as soon as possible. Other clubs like royal karma are far better then club mahindra. *never ever take membership of club mahindra*

      I am from jaipur and my membership id is 2742038.

      I applied for an online offer for club mahindra membership which lead to appointment with club mahindra sales executive mr. Arslan siddiqui at my home around 8:30pm on 25/01/17. I was not very convinced with the membership price and the offers which i was offered so i told him that i will discus with my cousin and then apply for joint membership with my cousin in few days as i was not in a financial position to pay the whole amount form myself alone. But arslan said that i have to pay now down payment to block the price or i will not get the offer and discounted price next time. He was very adamant and forcing my to pay at that time only. He told me that i have to pay down payment of rs.31160 via net banking or credit card, but i can cancel it anytime within 20 days and my full amount will be refunded without any problem. I make the payment via credit card at that time only after double confirming the cancellation policy of 20 days.

      After two days that is on 27/1/17, i called arslan and told him to cancel my membership and refund the downpayment as soon as possible. He first tried to convince me for not cancelling, then he also offered to pay only three emi of 9478 each from 7th march to enjoy two 7 days holiday one in india and one abroad, but i did not opt for any offer and told him to cancel it anyway and refund my money. He also visited my office next day and confirmed everything about cancellation and refund. He also told me that when i will receive verification call from club mahindra then i must not say about cancellation which will lead to forfeit of my down payment amount, he assured me that he have mailed my issue from his office and i will get my refund in 30 days. I accepted everything on verification call as told by arslan and then informed him about the call and receipt of the membership kit.
      He can continuously refused my calls and did answer anything in message. When i called him from another number he told me that he is in udaipur and will visit me when he will reach jaipur.

      I received a message of my first emi on 7th march 2017, he told me that not to worry i will all the amount which i will pay to club mahindra as i have cancelled the membership in time. He never visited me after that nor he picked my cell phone. I received a call from club mahindra after deduction of my first emi, i told him everything which happened with me, he also gave me jaipur office number and told me that he is from verification department and he can't do anything but i must call jaipur office, they will help me.
      I called jaipur jaipur office first time on 7 april when my second emi deducted from my account. There is did not got any proper response as well. M/s shawanka told me that i must write my whole issue to this email id ([protected]@clubmahindra.com) to process my issue further. I wrote an email mentioning everything on 8th april. Then called jaipur office, m/s shwanka did not attend the phone, m/s bhoomika attended and told me that she have read the mail and have processed further, she also told me that she have requested call recording of all my conversations with verification department and i must wait 10-15 days. I again called jaipur office after 10 days then m/s bhoomika told me that she haven't received any recordings and more time will be taken. I requested her to please stop my emi for the next month, so she told me that my emi will be stopped from may month. I emailed 7 mails from 8th april to 31st may and haven't got any reply. I called atleast 20 times to jaipur office meanwhile but did not got any answer from m/s shawanka, m/s bhoomika and m/s shalini. Till now i have paid rs.31160 downpayment and 4 emi of 9478, total rs.69072. Now when i have blocked my credit card due to these emi's then m/s shalini telling me that i will not get any refund because i have not paid the emi on time. My whole amount of rs.69072 will be forfeited without any holiday.

      I should be refunded my rs.31160 within one month of 25/1/17, and now club mahindra is forfeiting my whole money. This is so disgraceful, i am ashamed of myself that i have trusted this fraud company and paid a single ruppee to this con company. I will not keep quite and will deface this company's image to the public. I will take legal action against all the executives who msguided and cheated with me, and thier fraud company.

      All the duffer and cheat executives are there who are just eating consumers money to achieve their intensives. I am so amazed that i have mailed so many to member relation email id and no action being taken either for my refund nor against the fraud executives.

      I urge to the government agencies to cancel the registration of club mahindra as soon as possible and seize all its properties so that innocent cheated consumer's money can be refunded. Please take the stickiest action against this another next big fraud company.

      Sir right now I am damn shocked after receiving a call from mobile number [protected], who's name was Rohan Bhatnagar, Director refund, Club Mahindra. I know your company is good at omitting innocent pupils money like you are doing with me. You people are forfeiting my money due to fraud from your salesman Arslan Siddiqui.

      But today you people have crossed all the limits, this ####### Rohan assuring me that my whole amount of Rs.69032 will be refunded along with interest and penalty. I was extremely happy that someone in the company is doing something right and atleast one person in the company is honest and care for the image of company. This guy was extremely polite and thought that he will make me fool again by doing this. He was acting completely as he suddenly demanded all the details of my debit card including CVV and ATM pin. You people think that everybody in India can be fooled so easily.

      I have call recording of this ##### ####### and now i am going to police station to register the complain against your company and this conmaster.

      You guys have crossed all the ##### limits today and you have to bear this loss in future.

      Still I have not received any refund as I was confirmed on 7th August 2017 that I will receive my full refund within 30 days but it is already almost two months and I haven't received anything.

        I checked into club mahindra jaisalmer from 7-9 july 2017. Three major issues: rooms, meal plans and the transportation costs.
        (1) room no 119. Could not be opened with the lock keys given to me. Everytime we had to call the reception for somebody to open with master keys. Could be resolved only after two days. Housekeeping was an issue too as the rooms got cleaned up after two – three reminders only. There was a typical septic smell in the bathrooms which was not resolved.
        (2) lot of disturbance by the staff when we checked in. Within minutes they started calling us for meal plans, transportation arrangements, sight seeing, which are all value added services and inspite of telling them that we have had a overnight journey, they kept on disturbing us till afternoon. Once the guest has checked in, there is no need of room cleaning within an hour, but there would be someone ringing the door bell. When we did go out for sightseeing, nobody would clean the room despite telling them. They even disturbed us to become club mahindra members.
        (3) meal plans were mean plans. When we checked into the resort, the restaurant guys called us to give offers for meal plans and trying to convince us to enter into those plans. Once they got the plans and the payments, they started to fleece us. We were literally fleeced. When explaining the plans, they told us of all meals as buffet meals, but all the time the meals were not served as buffet and we had to take an option out of those given by them. Everytime we enter the restaurant, we would be told that it is a tdh meal (Don’t know what that is) today and so it wont be buffet. Charged for buffet but did not serve as it is. The quality of food was pathetic.
        The packages of sight seeing and desert safari were exorbitantly high than the rest of the resorts/clubs. They are just looting here.

        Very bad experience. I have enjoyed other location of club mahindra, but this time i was fleeced by them.

          Unable to transfer the membership and unable to book

          I got the red studio membership in 2014, upgrading my Zest membership and paying more than 3.5L, apart from Zest membership's 1L which already payed. I never able to book any room here to my choice. I decided now to sell the membership to someone. I wrote a mail to the Member Relations asking the process to transfer the membership. They suggested me to pay the ASF charges and can transfer the membership. I have paid ASF charges for 4 years...

          Club Mahindra: I have been trying to reach you guys to book a stay for RCI. I am yet to receive my kit and it's been 6 months.
          On calling RCI my free /complimentary nights are not applicable to major locations including metros. This is absolutely absurd. Also there is a rule that checkin for RCI properties has to happen on a weekends. None of these were told by the club Mahindra rep who duped me with the membership. Also the validity of complimentary nights is from the day you enrolled for Mahindra club and not when you got registered for RCI !

          Also, there is no relationship manger and the sales rep who sold me this membership (apparently is the spoc for me) doesn't pick up calls, replies to sms.

          This is absolutely fraud. My only advise is if you are members of spg, Hilton, Etc : I am pretty sure you will get amazing properties and rewards once you reach a certain membership level. But there would never be hidden rules like club mahindra.

          I am requesting someone with authority at Mahindra holidays/club to share his contact details to close my concerns.

            I want full amount refund along with interest whatever I have paid for this useless Purple Studio Membership of club mahindra holidays my membership id is 2280085 in my name Deepak Kukreja, last time also I wanted to cancel the membership and I asked for the complete amount refund along with interest as on 10th & 11th June night I wanted to go to Tungi resort Lonavala to celebrate some occasion but I didn't get confirm booking so I asked for full refund then I got the call from club mahindra that please don't cancel the membership and in fact we will get you confirm booking of Tungi resort Lonavala, though the booking didn't get open for 13th 14th 15th August 2017 so there was no chance of resort getting full, I asked for 3 nights 13th check in 16th check out for Hotel Unit Apartment but instead they blocked 13th check in 15th check out 1-BR that is 1 bed room apartment which consumes more inventory days so today 04/07/2017 I called booking Center to modify dates and room size so they cancelled blocked holidays but didn't allot me 3 night hotel unit and told me it's full, I am 100% aware of this malfunction mulpractice and not satisfied with this useless Purple Studio Membership and really very very unhappy

              Pathetic services...!!
              Waste of time at club mahindra.
              While checking booking grid, no resorts are available for booking for 6 months.
              Fraud happening on name of promotion.

              Club mahindra given a promotional call and issued a free voucher for free resort stay however none of the resorts have bookings available though attempting to book before 4 months.

                We were having a lot of confusion regarding club mahindra and their working style. We urged that our July EMI not be charged and that someone from club mahindra pay us a visit to clarify things but our July EMI has been charged and no one has visited us till now. This is very irritating. I have been getting calls from various departments of club mahindra but the issue is still unresolved. There was one person by the name of Mr. Pawan who assured me that everything will be clarified but now when I call his number, I come to know that the incoming facility to the given number has been discontinued. I am afraid that a franchise of club mahindra has taken advantage and we are unable to cancel our membership. I want to cancel my club mahindra membership. We have paid more than 1 lac by now. We want a refund of all that amount. We do not want to continue with club mahindra

                  I received a call from club mahindra promotions on january 2017, telling that i have won a 3night holidays and to avail that, I need to attend a promotions meeting on jan 18th in Bharuch. When I reached there, they said that I have to get membership to avail that. I declined telling that I am not interested with my current situation.
                  Then they came up with another idea. They told me to get the membership and pay the down payment and three months' emi of ₹ 9478 so that I can get two trips, one national and one international. And only if I like that, I can continue and if I don't I can cancel the membership. This was what exactly what they told me. I thought to give it a try.
                  Now that I have paid the down payment and 3 months emi, I am getting calls from club mahindra regarding the delay in paying the emi of this month.
                  The persons whom i talked with are
                  Mr. Gagan Kumar, Takeover Manager and Ms. Deepali Sarvaiya. I had talked to Deepali regarding this on 14th june 2017, but she has done nothing. (During joining, both of them ensured that I have to continue only after I make the trip and only if I am satisfied.) They are not even picking calls from my number now. When I tried to call from another number, somebody claiming that it was her sister talked to me rudely told me that she is hospitalized. I tried calling her office and somebody else took the phone and told me initially that she has gone out. When I told my name she told me that she is in hospital. I called Mr. Gagan and he is not even picking my calls. This is how people are playing with our money
                  I am ashamed that i joined such an organization where there is no value nor regard of human values or money.
                  I want to cancel my membership and I want my money back.

                    While taking the membership the emplyoees of club mahindra showed us many good things. But after paying for the membership the club did not gave us proper booking in their club and no proper responce given while booking the holiday. Being a middle class family we gathered money from everywhere and paid for the membership. After the booking problem we mailed to cancel the membership but still no proper response.

                      Hi guys
                      I don't know even if this would be resolved here, still I want to tell all of you how these Club Mahindra guys are just making a fool out of common people. It was a mistake getting associated with club Mahindra.
                      We were paying our emi's and we're not able to book any holidays. I had to stop payment after 3 EMI's I thought of taking a sample holiday and then deciding if I even want to continue with these guys.
                      Still not able to book anything. When I asked for a refund the call centre people are not responding and even telling to read the documents, as per them there is no policy of refund.
                      Now I am already down by more than INR 70 k and not even able to get a single holiday.
                      I hope by this forum this gets resolved.

                        I herewith wish to report the pathetic experience with MHIL & the dishonest, deceitful manner of luring clients by “Club Mahindra Holidays” of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHIL).

                        Membership no. 2749297.

                        Things started with a phone call to attend presentation of "Club Mahindra Holidays" at Delhi with some free gifts offer. However at presentation (by Mr. Anup Tiwari and Mr. Taresh gaur) I was told to buy membership then and there by saying offers won't be available afterwards. I was not willing to take such membership but Mr. Taresh Gaur added few more offer which they said and showed as especially arranged for me and only for today.

                        Below were the list of offers and commitment they gave me which were suppose to get fulfil within 15 days of our enrolment for the package.

                        1) 1 Week Worldwide Holidays
                        2) 5ngt/6day Club Mahindra Holidays
                        3) 3000 Food Voucher
                        4) 40K Kaylan Jewelry Voucher (unconditional)
                        5) 5000 Cash Back on down payment
                        6) 5000 cash back after 6 EMI Realization
                        7) HFRP Point 10 K (On Referral Benefits)- will be credited one time from their side.
                        8) 2ngt /3 days Gift Voucher
                        9) Multiple Voucher for i.e Cafe Coffee Day, Lakhme Saloon etc.
                        10) Cross Road 15K

                        After having being forced into buying membership on 12th march 2017.We were suggested by the executive to use above services as company offering and experience the association, if you feel satisfied then continue the membership else you can withdraw after down payment and 3 EMI's.

                        Now the thing is I am struggling for completion of their said commitments/offers as mentioned above.
                        Till now I have not received any letter mentioning all of the above commitments made especially 40K Kalyan Jeweler's Voucher (unconditionally).

                        I have been chasing with the executives for 3 months now and every time they have readymade answer as (its on way and will reach in 3-4 days or Kalyan Jewelers Voucher were wrongly dispatched as conditional one). Now after my patience level reached to height and I changed my tone because of their daily plays around excuses and failing on to their commitments now one of the executive asked me to directly contact his manager for approval status for the various commitments that were made outside the standard offers.

                        As of today my card has been charged for approx 55K and I have not used even a single service due to the fact I can see its more cheating and dishonest to customer and get a package sold.

                        Its a fail of service delivery and its a fraud, dishonesty, cheating to sell a package to people and due to which I want to cancel my membership and request to revert all payments made till date.

                        I sent a email complaint on [protected]@clubmahindra.com but it didn't worked in solving the same. Complaint number=[protected]​2.

                        Dispute execute from MemberRelations arranged a meeting with those two executive again. Mr. Taresh Gaur again assured me to send a mail as confirmation on points he promised to fulfill. But he didn't turned up and again neither picking any of my call nor reply for message even when I contacted his junior Mr. Anup Tiwari, I came to know he is even not picking his call too.

                        Club Mahindra is a fraud on members. You will never get reservations when you want. They seem to have breached all norms in overselling inventory. Further they collect money upfront from members and ASF as well and sell inventory to non members and corporates. Members will be declined accommodation.

                        One must be a fool to fall into this trap. Write to me and I will give you all the evidence to make your decision in a considered manner.

                          On 26/06/2017, club mahindra holidays executive shri amit rana invited me and wife at himalaya mall, ahmedabad for presentation with commitment of providing free voucher of 2n/3d at any club mahindra resort accross the globe. After presentation by another executive at venue, i was promised to get the voucher on my e-mail id withing one hour but still i haven't received any such voucher and those executive are now not responding me properly even dont pick my calls.

                            I had enrolled for the mhil club membership last month in chandigarh with the membership id 2760255. The motivation behind taking the policy was the 40th anniversary of my parents (26-jun-17) and we wanted to go for a family celebration.
                            At the time of policy selling, there were due commitment & assurance given by the sales representative (Mr. Saurav sharma) that the resort booking is his responsibility. As per requirement, all due emi payments which were required for the bookings, were cleared in advance.
                            One week before the due travel dates, a verbal confirmation was provided that the rooms have been reserved at desired location. Rather than getting the booking for the date of anniversary (26th june), the bookings were done for a later date - 27th june. Though we were not liking this but still we decided to compromise as it shall be a good family time.
                            Later upon when we insisted for a written confirmation about our bookings, it was revealed that the booking is partial as rooms are not available. We even asked for alternative options in nearby drivable locations but the sales person rather that doing any support started suggesting location that would require last minute air-travel bookings.
                            Knowing that the date of travel was approaching, instead of showing some empathy and professionalism to the issue, the sales rep stopped responding to the calls/messages. As no headway was being made, 3 days before the travel, i approached the customer service head (Mr. Amarpreet) for a resolution on 24th june & i was told someone will look into the issue. Even requested a call back from the branch head but no revert came for any due corrective action. Considering the unconcerned nature of the mhil, i asked my membership to be cancelled & refund be provided.
                            During the call from local customer support center in chandigarh, i was assured that booking confirmation shall be provided by evening (On 24th june) & cancellation of membership shall not be required. I asked for a service request number & sarcastic comments were made that it's not a regular customer care center so no request number can be generated. Even the representative commented that confirmation may happened on 26th (1 night before an outstation travel), which seemed to be a trigger that things are not being considered with any personal care & it’s more of a lip service.
                            Later in the evening, no one responded & i approached the local mhil chandigarh office over phone (Ard 5 in the evening) to talk to the service center to the utter surprise, being a saturday the office had already closed in the afternoon and the service center person assuring a call back during that day was just a blatant lie. This utter unprofessional attitude not only showed the carelessness of the mhil representatives but also dissipate how unconcerned professionals are working within the organization.
                            Not only the entire episode has caused a mental harassment at the hands of the unprofessional attitude of the mhil team but also caused a personal agony for an event which were looking to celebrate.in the end, i am left with no option but forced to do a last minute booking with some makeshift hotels.
                            In lieu to all this pains giving experience, i would like to get a refund for my full membership fees. So far i have not availed any of the services from mhil and thereby look for complete refund of the money charged so far. Looking for a needful resolution on the subject.

                              Increase of transfer fees for selling of the membership

                              I had taken the club mahindra red studio membership[protected] in 2011 and it was told the membership is freely transferable at a nominal fees of 1000/- now i came to know the said tranfer fees for selling the membership is enhanced to Rs.15000 + taxes.                                 We had booked two rooms in their resort at kumbakgarh thru make my trip booking id. No. Nh[protected] for 25-5-17.
                                We had been given 2 rooms nos.3301 and 3302 on 25-5-17.
                                Our holiday and vacation mood was completely destroyed and we faced one problem after another till our checkout.
                                1.) there were white insects in the drinking water jug put in room no 3302.
                                2) water clogging was in the bathroom of room 3301.
                                3) water leakage was below wash basin in room no 3302.
                                4) friz was not working properly in room 3302.
                                5) a c was not cooling fully.
                                6) used plates etc were lying in the lobby for 2 days in spite of requesting to cleaning staff.
                                7) staff in general and at reception and cafeteria in particular was unresponsive, inefficient and careless to the requests of guests.
                                We have lodged our complaint with make my trip on june 1, 2017 but till today we have not received any response from them.
                                We are contemplating legal action and involving media including posting reviews on your and their websites to make the public aware of your bad services and unresponsive behavior.

                                  My name is satnam kanwar, i had taken membership in 2013, but they never gave holidays whenever i requested and since 2013 have been raising annual subscription fees, for the last one year i have bben requesting to cancel my membership and return my money but they are calling again and again and not cancelling the membership, time and again giving excuses, everytime different person calling from different numbers, like amar, shetty, and not giving their numbers and writting wrong reply that i agrred to continue. They have taken 2 lakhs rupees and on top of that made rs 62000/ annual subscription fees without giving any holiday. They are not refunding the money nor cancelling.                                     I am a club mahindra red studio member, whenever i try to do a booking during any holiday season, i get no rooms available, but when my brother a non member tried doing a booking for the same resort on paid mode they said there where rooms available also offered complimentary breakfast, where as we members are to pay high price for the foods.

                                    Club mahindra is cheating its members and selling the rooms to other customers for money. Ideally we should be the one to get the rooms first and then non members.

                                    I'm the member of club mahindra and had requested for holiday at Lonavla Resort for a specific occassion. This was communicated vide email and several calls.
                                    my request was denied and i was not at all infomed.
                                    Really unhappy with the services.
