[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Unavailability of resorts throughout the year | |
I am a cmh member, membership # 2557330. I have been a member since 2 years + and have not been able to get any vacation going in their resorts due to non availability 365 days a year. They have over booked the member base and are short on properties. I now want to cancel my membership after having paid the entire membership amount of almost rs. 2 lakhs + and they have no clear refund policy. Whilst the intent may be good, there is extremely poor execution and acute scarcity of availability making the entire concept a sham to dupe customers.
