[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Urgent cancellation of membership | |||||
Dear sir, i emailed to you on 1st june 2017 for the cancellation of membership of club mahindra. Membership id - 2762975 enrolment done on 31st may 2017. Email receipt no. 10893968, 10895342. As per rules clause 6/ 6.1 i applied for the cancellation of membership on the 2nd day of the enrolment. And hard copy of the signed cancellation application already sent to andheri branch as per rules within 10 days. Your social media and other representative said that the request of cancellation forwarded to concerned branch and i will be contacted by them within 2 days. But on the 5th day till i have not received any call from your side. Take some action against your representative mr. Manpreet rai - [protected] and mr. Parminder s - [protected] who cheated me. I want confirmation of the cancellation of my club mahindra membership as early as possible. And full refund rs.26980 which i paid. Otherwise i will be forced by you to take some legal action. 65 days completed from the date of cancellation of membership. As I received mail form your side that refund will be processed within 60 days. Now I want to know that how much time u need to give the refund. Give me urgent reply.
