[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — waitlisted holidays blackmarket on the net | |||||
Membership id - 111113 Waitlisted holidays - Binsar valley - 25th to 27th sept — 26th waitlisted Naukuchiatal - 28th sept to 1st oct — all days waitlisted At the same time the holidays are available on the net (See attachments) for the same dates at the same resorts. Should i presumed i am being short-charged and all of this is a fraud. This is not the isolated occasion, every single time i have tried to book a holiday this is what i encounter. I need to know the following before proceeding further :
1. I would like to see your policy on room bookings because at the time of enrollment I was informed that the rooms are not sold and available only to members.
2. Are your room bookings audited for compliance with room bookings policy.
3. Role of Member Relation Officers at your offices.

Tried to speak to your MR officer Sapna at Jasola office : Was always busy never called back, on last call refused to come on-line.
One, Akash came online informed CM never sells rooms in the market, what I saw was misleading information. Upon my insistence to speak to someone senior, he suggested I should talk to the call-center and that Sapna would call back which she never did.
Call center executive conceded that some rooms are sold directly in the market but the same could not be allocated to a waitlisted member. Upon my insistence she put me through to Abhishek in Chennai.
Abhishek was very helpful, immediately understood the issue and managed to get me part confirmation.
But that is not the issue...
It is important to understand company policy as this affects a vast number of members.
As an individual I have always faced this problem with CM and I intend to take the matter to it's logical conclusion this time around.
