I had taken the membership considering I can visit most resorts as per my wish and it would be non-chargeable as informed by sales representative. but, when I get courier then it was mentioned for extra charges for the offered days.
just after receiving that details, I informed to sales representative then he informed it will be chargeable. so, I asked to cancel it and refund, but he stopped receiving call and responding.
Even, I have done multiple emails to Club Mahindra team for this but they are not responding as well. Also, they're refusing to refund money and forcing to go ahead with membership, which we're not interested anymore.
please do the needful asap, as our EMI will also start from 7th June. we don't want take any other action against this. so, please cancel this with immediate effect and refund paid money.
