[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Withdrawal of application | |||
Club mahindra Member ID given in message is 2639057. I have applied for club mahindra holiday package on 28th June 2015.They called me after 5 days for confirmation but the call was disconnected.I called their customer care and requested to complete the application process.But they called me after one week and explained the actual benefits what I am going to get.Sales representative presented lot of offer and in actual during the confirmation call these offers are not existing.They have taken the down payment through credit card. I requested to cancel the application and refund the downpayment but they are refusing to do that because they are telling the cooling period of ten days is over.This is not my mistake that they called me after 10 days for confirmation. Please take necessary action to cancel my application and refund the downpayment. Was this information helpful? | |||
