Dear Sir/Madam, I had registered for Club Mahindra membership on 21st November, 2020, but due to my personal financial reasons, I had sent a cancellation request under clause 8.1 Part C through mail on 22nd November, 2020 to [protected]@clubmahindra.com and 25th of November, 2020 to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com. I had also sent a letter to the Corporate Office at Mumbai, through courier on 25th of November 2020 which were all within the cooling period of 10 days mentioned in the Club Mahindra terms and conditions to get full refund of down payment made. We have been repeatedly asked to submit post dated cheques even after cancellation request. My membership ID is 2931164 which I request to cancel the ID and provide 100% refund by taking this complaint on high priority basis. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)
Club Mahindra Holidays customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 16, 2021 Updated by Balaji V S It has been more than 90 days since cancellation and Club Mahindra promised they will refund within 75-90 days in an email. Till now there is no proper communication from the team nor the refund has been processed. I really regret believing Club Mahindra and seeking for my refund.
