[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — withdrawal of membership - no refund received | |||
Hi, I had withdrawn my club mahindra membership application within 24 hours of applying - member application form maf # jan/2017/25yrs/162224 booked in the names of akash kumar (Main applicant) & shruti sinha (Co-applicant) dated 18-mar-2017. I had made a down payment of rs. 34, 200/-. After numerous chase-ups and harassment by the sales reps and area sales manager, i had finally managed to receive an email from memberrelations (On 3rd apr 2017) team stating that my refund was under process and shall be dispatched within 60 working days. 3 months passed but the refund never happened. After going through the entire process of chasing up tirelessly with memberrelations team again, i got an assurance from them that the refund would take another 25 days to process (Email received on 16 jun). I am deeply disappointed to see the refund not processed until now. It's a shame to have had such a harrowing experience with club mahindra; a company that operates under the much respected mahindra group. Was this information helpful? | |||
