Am writing this mail by huge depression, Last year your sales executive gave me a scheme to join in club Mahindra membership, he has given multiple assurance about the product, really that time its lockdown period even though I paid membership subscription amount,
After 3 months I realised that I got cheated with false commitment, so I raised complaint against that sales executive, but no action taken form your side so I started mailing with the complaint, Mr. Sriram is the only person called me and asked about my issues, I clearly explained about my complaints and gave audio recordings of your executive about schemes, he accepted and started process for refund, after that month on month I put mail asking for status of my claim but no one is ready to reply me back.
On December person called me and asked for written cancellation with ID proof, I have submitted the same, but some one calling me now and saying we cant do anything you can whatever you want, is this the way to resolve 1 yr complaint of customer.
I need a proper reply and my refund, I believe that you will take action and process my refund as soon as possible..
