Dear sir
Please note that club mahindra executive mrs. Shikha approached me for membership in dec'15
And i have taken membership based on whatever promises she made during selling
My membership id is 2674708
But i am struggling to get all benefits from day one even so many follow up by phone, what's app and mails with mrs. Shikha
She promised me for following benefits as special offer
1. Additional 3 days/nights free (Special offer)
2. Additional 3000 rs. Vouchers
3. 5000rs cash benefit for change of phone from 6 to 6s
Till date, i availed only 3 days holiday plan in jan at shimla kandaghat
Which you can refer in below image, for which i have shared my bad experience by mail with her to take action, but no response
After then, i planned holidays in may month which could not be succeed because she did not added additional 3 days and gift voucher of 3000 rs - which lead to frustration in my family - no happiness
Moreover, i followed with her for i phone for which she promised me to provide 6s but i received i 6 and get exchange by myself after she agreed to pay rs 5000 for same< i have attached all communications>
But still she is delaying from last 6 months by making different excuses
Meanwhile, i approached her senior mrs. Ritika for above matter.
There is no clarity for all above benefits to plan my further holidays.
Even i registered complaint about her and closing of membership through club mahindra web site which you can check
My humble request is to look into matter immediately to resolve matter as i can not take such frustration and burden for long time of 25 years membership due to poor services and response from club mahindra
It will be better if you can return my money paid till today to close this membership
