Club Mahindra — non refund of application and first emi money | |||
Hello All, I have had worst buying experience ever. This is about Club Mahindra membership. Following is my story which I want to share so that you guys can think twice before getting trapped. We subscribed to the Club Mahindra membership during their March campaign i.e. on 18th March 2018 to be very precise. I paid Rs. 27675 as initial application money for the membership by listening to the rosy picture from representatives. Now the real story starts. On 19th March itself, I sent e mail their customer care. Below was the text. "Yesterday we have just signed our application form and also paid down payment of Rs. 27675 through credit card ending with XXXX number. Now I do not wish to enrol for this membership. Therefore, please refund the amount of Rs.27675 in full at the earliest." On 20th March, I sent text message to assigned customer care officer mentioning clearly that I want to withdraw our membership application. Hence, requested them to refund our initial application money of Rs.27675 on priority. On 21st March, I got reply from customer care over e mail as under; "With regard to your email, we have marked it to our branch official at Ahmedabad branch who would get back to you within 2 working days. Please be assured that this is only because it is our endeavour to assist you with a correct and deserving redressal". This was the first and last reply from customer care. Therefore, I started following up with their branch officers who enrolled my application. I want to just list down my follow up lists which went unanswered so that you guys can understand that these guys behave and do not care anything about your hard earned money. Follow up with branch officials • 29th March 2018 • 2nd April 2018 • 3rd April 2018 • 6th April 2018 • 9th April 2018 • 17th April 2018 • 21st April 2018 • 26th April 2018 Follow up with customer care over e mail • 29th March 2018 • 31st March 2018 • 2nd April 2018 • 3rd April 2018 • 5th April 2018 • 9th April 2018 • 10th April 2018 • 12th April 2018 • 13th April 2018 • 16th April 2018 • 21st April 2018 • 26th April 2018... It's undending list. Still as on date I have been writing daily emails. NOW WORST PART OF STORY IS THAT I NEED MY FUND MY BACK FOR MEDICAL URGENCY OF FAMILY MEMBER BUT NONE OF CLUB MAHINDRA GUYS ARE READY TO LISTEN AND REFUND APPLICATION MONEY. I HAD NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO BRING THIS MATTER TO SOCIAL MEDIA SO THAT IT CAN CATCH ATTENTION. PLESAE BE CAUTIOUS WHILE DEALING WITH THESE GUYS. Was this information helpful? | |||
