[Resolved] Club Mahindra — Payments made not reflected in statement- Plan not updated | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased the membership of club Mahindra holidays in March 31st 2013 with Membership ID # 2494568 with initial payment of 21900 INR. Thereafter, i paid another 70000 rs but Club Mahindra is still asking for 2.5 lacs of rupees against my initial agreed amount of 3 lacs. Two payments are not reflected in the statement they provided. I have initially opted for 4 years payment plan recommended by their sales person, they are charging a interest of 14% per year on that, when i came to know this, i had given an application of changing to 1 year interest free payment plan with 1st installment as per 1 year plan. they are still asking for the interest amount & saying their local representative has misplaced the payment plan change request so they are not able to change it.
