I had booked holidays at kannatal resort from 23rd jan to 26th jan.due to heavy snowfall and roads blocked we had to shift our stay to mussorrie resort. After a long discussion and request we were given rooms foe these days but new holidays were deducted .being told that our holidays booked at kannatal would be refunded to our account which has not been done yet.kindly resolve the matter asap.
