Samsung s10 plus having a big problem
Not to suggest, any one to buy.
I have pre book the flag ship smart phone of samsung galaxy s10 plus and very much curiosity in me to get in hand first as i'm already exited samsung customer, i have take the samsung s10 plus on last friday that is 08/03/2019 in evening at 7:30 pm very happy to taking the devices in my hand first feel luckily i got it. But on saturday when i was visited the shopkeeper again for complaining the key features and the usp of this hand set finger print scanner and other features is not working properly, samsung prompter told me that some updation is required will be come in future then it will work fine i feel like cheated by samsung company, usp features of samsung is not working properly very disappointed and also note that apps is also not running in the handset as well, figure printer scanner is not working putting my figure four to five times on the device then it will open.
I have already posted on facebook earlier, on the next working day related to this issue, i got the call from the head office of samsung as well, but they are saying to me depositing my brand new phone in the service center, thing how i'm feeling at that time my hole money is wasted to buy the samsung s10 plus, samsung will be knows what is hard earn money, answer is "no" then i bring the idea myself that send your engineer to my office he will check the devices in front of me that there is any problem in the handset or not, why i'm depositing my new phone in the services center i don't bring any local chinese company handset.
Mayank is the engineer of samsung who has visited to check the devices and he's also agree with the same thing that in the handset there is issue but not agree to give the things in written and talking to the asm (Vinit) he's saying to me on telephone that will discuss the things with the technical team and then will be revert to you by 11:00 am, yet not get any response.
This is the samsung way to deal with the premium category customer.
I want another handset because of low performance of this one device, new seal pack devices required and even i don't peel off his poly from front and back side as same as the box condition.
Kindly resolve the issue asap.
