Soft drink vendors are selling the products like sprite Pepsi cola etc.. Above the MRP rate. If asked for the reason, extra amount is for cooling purpose. Is this defined in any law to collect extra amount for cooling of any soft drinks.this problem is more common around bus stands.extra amount more than rupees five are charged. Please take action.

I got a mail from 'jain aakash' about some coca-cola company annual lucky draw. it stated that i have won cash award of 500, 000 pounds, samsung galaxy s6 and a 51inch lcd tv. i replied them with the information they have asked for. (haven't asked for bank account number) i have given my mobile phone number... today i got a call from a lady from delhi airport..she said that my parcel have arrived at delhi airport's custom department...and further said i have to pay custom fee of 15000 to claim my prize. she even said said she will pass me a account number tomorrow for deposition of custom charges... so...please if any one can confirm me regarding these type of lottery.. especially from the custom department of igi airport, delhi she contacted me with this number-[protected]

Thank you for writing to us and highlighting this issue of overcharging which you have been facing.

As per the Foods Safety and Standards Act, 2006, it’s a manufacturer's duty to affix MRP on the product, which as a manufacturer we are adhering to. The retailers are supposed to sell duly chilled product at the MRP only. Consumers should not buy a product over the MRP mentioned on it.

We have noted the details of the outlet and forwarding the same to our sales team to counsel the retailer.

Hi All, Price tag 12 ...costs our life ...Is our life so cheap?????? Is Coca Cola selling a product or playing with life of human? Earlier I used to think people are spreading rumor but yesterday while drinking I found some sticky rubber black substance Inside Coca Cola. I work in a mnc in Noida and outside the premise there are many vendors selling products.I with my friends used to drink coke after having some snacks. Yesterday around 7 PM, while drinking coke I noticed something in it. At first I ignored but suddenly I noticed a larger black rubber like substance sticked at the neck of bottle. It was so big that it covered whole mouth of bottle. I with all other people around me was surprised to see that coca cola contain such things which can cause severe health problem.I kept the bottle containg sticky substance and remaining part of coke with me.After sometime I felt like vomiting with stomach pain. After that I contacted coca cola customer care but they they show least interest.I contacted food officer V Yadav and he said that it will be tough to proof same and guided to another person. The other person singh ( not remembering full name) said that he will meet me tomorrow with least interest. I want to raise this issue as it may cost life of a person. These companies main aim is making money and for them our life is of no value . We need to be united and show that anyone cannot play with our life. This story needs to be reached to every Indian after all it is about our life, our children and friends life.

Sub: issuing of a new refrigerator as they picked up the old one.
I am forced to complaint against the distributor who is representative of your company as none of them is responding against my complaint since last 2 months i am regularly complaining to your area distributor and sales head and they always make excuses. I have a fast food shop here in greater noida named fresh bite (Cake o' cafe) . I am selling your product from last 8 years and this is first time where i need to complaint against your people at this level. I am very disappointed and its my humble request to you if you could issue us a refrigerator so that we could continue selling the coke products. We had a huge double door coke refrigerator but it was not cooling things so we complained the area distributor about it, he picked up the old one and assured us that we would get a new one within a week. It's been 2 months now and all he is not responding now. All he says that he will deliver the refrigerator. It's surprising to see such kind of distributor's response and false promise from such a big company. We are facing difficulties now. And soon we have to stop selling your products and move to your competitors, because we will not be left with any other choice.

I request you and would be extremly happy if you would respond and would work on this case as soon as possible. .
