Cognizant — onboarding issues with cognizant portal

I was facing problem in the photo upload section it's not showing me the auto suggestion name to be printed on the I'd card and it's not submitting the form where my name is exceeded the 19 character could you plz help me out

I have accepted the FTE offer letter on March 25th and I received the mail for Background verification on June 1st. But I cannot able to access the link given in the mail. It shows the error as "Sorry, we are having trouble signing you in".

My Joining Date with Cognizant was 09th Aug then to 12th Aug then to 23rd Aug now to 31st Aug. I left my previous job and currently I am jobless

I am also facing the same issue. My DOJ was 11th Oct 2021, but no updates from Cog yet and no action is taken yet for the portal issue.

I got offer letter and did accept and at the time of documents uploading I'm getting error and blank page appearing instead of documents uploading page

My Doj which was showing the portal was 25 Nov 2021 but still i did'nt get any update regarding that.And the status of bgv is completed but the status of prejoining is still in progress.I reised a query regarding this they told me that my process is in active pipeline .So what should i do should i wait ?

Today is my joining date but still didn't receive the WebEx link to join the meeting.please do check and let me know.

My official DOJ is Dec 1, 2021 but I haven't received onboarding pass stating that BGV process not completed. It got completed on Dec 1st and I received the onboarding pass in the late night. But it's been mentioned in the pass that it's valid only on 01/12/2021 but I have received it only when the day is actually ended. Also, I haven't received any WebEx link yet to Join virtually. I have dropped a mail on the same to my recruiter and onboarding team ([protected]@cognizant.com). But I didn't get a response yet. Please let me know how to move forward.

My DOJ is on 7 dec2021 .I have uploaded my documents several times but again they are asking . It is not getting approved I don't know the reason why they are doing like this. They are not sending the OnBoarding pass . Again and again asking about the documents

Am occuring such type of window while submitting the personal details. How should I submit the details. Please suggest if anyone knows.

I am PERAM HARITHA with Emai: [protected]@gmail.com and superset id: 1481795 and cadidate id: 1481795. I have a problem of OTP verification from cognizant with onboarding acceptance, i am getting OTP from Microsoft authentication instead of Cognizant because of I done some mistake on scanning .I did scanning with my Microsoft account instead of work or school account in Microsoft Authenticator app. Could you please advice anyone for below login error as I am not able to login to One Cognizant for accept your Date of joining (DOJ). My Date of joining (DOJ) is 13/01/2022. Please extent the Date of joining (DOJ).
