I am Peram Haritha with Email id: [protected]@gmail.com and superset id: 1481795. I completed all Prejoining formalities and document verification successfully but I didn't receive Onboarding pass. My joining date is 13/01/2022. Please tell me the joining date by providing the Onboarding pass.

I have gone through all posts and noticed everyone facing a similar login problem to the CTS account.
1. Your hiring manager /HR, by using your generic {email id [protected]@gmail.com } will create your account in EUMS. i.e. External user management system
2. Then you will get an email to your account to register to EUMS
3. Clicking on the EUMS link you will register by entering your {email id [protected]@gmail.com } / registration code
4. Now you will get your user-id {t-abc123} / Password ( which you entered should remember)
5. Go to https://onecognizant.cognizant.com/
6. Login with your credentials { [protected]@cognizant.com / password }
7. It will ask you to authenticate by phone number or email
8. I have chosen phone nos, then I got a call to ensure, after receiving a call press # to confirm
9. After successful authentication you can go to the dashboard of oneCognizant
