I am a regular user of colgate tooth brush. Recently when I used the tooth brush i have noticed that the bristles at the very first use has loosened and it does not feel good to brush with such loose bristles.

My name is Anna Thomas and I have been using the Colgate toothpaste for the past 21 years. I was satisfied with the product but yesterday when I took a new Colgate toothpaste for brushing a foul smell came out from the product. The outer package was properly packed but the foul smell came out after opening the cap, there was a yellow colour around the cap. For the first time I am experiencing a bad experience from your product.i expect quality service from you and request you to address this issue with immediate attention. I expect positive response and look forward to your replies with shortest time.

This is to bring to notice of Colgate quality control department. I bought Colgate Total 12 Advanced Health tooth paste of reportedly of 120 gm through Bigbasket. But the paste in it is weighing only 107 gm. Why a consumer is made to pay more? This is second tome I am complaining.

I am a retailer of Palmolive product in Howell Road, Laban, Shillong 793004.
We have not seen any representatives from Palmolive for a very long time now and we are facing difficulties in fulfilling the basic requirements of the consumers.
If the problem persists we'll encourage our consumers to go for other brands.

I started Santhosh traders in Oddanchathram town at 2019. Now i distribute some reputed brand products in fair manner. In this town many shop keepers told your Colgate brand products are not distributed properly. They also raised many complaints against distributor. My trading company eagerly wish to distribute your company products fairly. please enquire shopkeepers in this town and then if you wish to give your distribution rights to us we will work for you as hearty manner.

Bought colgate fresh gel tooth paste and found leak tube once used from bottom .Submitted my complaint online via facebook but still no response from customer care .I am UAE resident and my number .Leak tube is in a offer pack of 4 tubes 125 ml.Its stored with me safely to submit you for futher analysis.

The package is open from back side and its freeze and it not good condition I have request inform to your producer to solve this issue and never do agian

I have bought 10rs Colgate active salt paste. It was not sealed properly at the end of the paste tube. When it is pushed to use it came out of end of paste tube. We are poor so don't be careless, strengthen ur visual asthestic check properly. We always buy ur product since 25 years. Thanks and regards K.MANIKANDAN...

I purchase I Colgate paste of price 147 in which I got 200 gm + 100 gm + tooth brush.
In which paste of 100 gm has a cut from which so many paste leake out.
So please replace it.

Very poor service and very poor representative person hire by local stockist and no responsible stockist also

The Colgate strong teeth toothpaste is a rough toothpaste as it harms my gum an under wall of mouth once I thought that the problem would be in only one tube of toothpaste but when I switched from Colgate to another toothpaste then the there was no harming to me with another toothpaste then I have bought a Colgate strong teeth toothpaste again and the problem exists same. Please ensure that the product is harmful and take the right actions against the product. The Colgate is approved/accepted by IDA (INDIAN DENTAL ASSOCIATION).
You should take the right actions my complain was not to takedown a company but to save my mouth to intake the harmful substance. Thank you.

Toothpaste tube filling. Bottom portion fillings are not effective as upper fillings as i start getting mouth ulcers when using from the bottom portion of the paste.
This is happening since many years on all the tubes we purchased.

I bought the brush and it burst into the mouth when i did the first brush. This is the danger plastic will enter our body

Kaha se no. 1 brand hai ye. Is colgate ko kar ke conora nhi to ore Kya hoga. I hate colgate. 😡😡😡😡😡 Is se Jo bimari hogi kon bharpai karega. Is colgate ki aage complaint ki jayegi.

My moblie no [protected] and i have given call to free sample but still not received it my pin code is 382424 this pin is already in list which is mentioned in vedshakti website in pdf file sir please provide me reason behind delay or not received sample even i have received call from vedshakti and given my address and they have told me that you have received free sample within 2 or 3 days but two months already passed after that conversation

Me and my husband has started using colgate ved shakti after one day he started complaining he has mouth sore but we thought it is for another reason my sister in law and both have faced the same problem from next day and after that we tried to find out the reason but we didnt get but when we thought what we all did than. We get the thought of toothpaste.

With due respect i want to inform you that, after reviewing our sales from last 6month your sales representative had made a commitment that our store will be added in the program store and we will start getting the extra benefit and point depending upon my sales and the target but since then there is no update on this and none of your team members are receiving our call. Being a most premium store with a monthly billing not less than 40000 with nestle i am not getting any support from the company side

Kindly look into this seriosly and align your team to atlest not overlook big counters.

Last week for a change i bought a new salt flavored toothpaste. But in the first use itself big reaction occurred inside the mouth. Mouth was full of allergic ulcers and i couldn’t felt the real taste of food. I stopped using it immediately and after two days it came back to normalcy. Not only me but also my wife and kids suffered the same. Just imagine how the kids react to such irritations due to ulcers.
This is not fair as we have trusted the quality of such brands and we have never expected it also. I need to take it very seriously and take it forward for further steps.

It is disheartening and disgusting that a company of long history couldn't find a topic for advertising.in the advertise colgate shows a student teases his teacher for the leftover in her teeth. India is a country of culture and tradition, where teachers were considered as people of high respect. I request you to kindly reconsider airing this advertisement and show respect to teaching community. Otherwise we will have to organise protest against your company for destroying indian tradition by teaching wrong values to students.
