Colive — Balance from Colive passbook not credited to bank account.

I vacated Colive in Doddanekundi, Bangalore on May 31st 2022. According to the policy I was to receive my refund of security deposit on June 15th but it was delayed a bit and I received it later but as amount in my colive passbook as DYD offer. I opted out of the DYD offer right away and was supposed to get the amount in my bank account in 30 days. It's been over 30 days and I haven't received anything from colive.
