[Resolved]  Colive — Unusual Charges

I completed my lock-in period of 3 months which included a month's notice( this is what i have been told) but i have been charged a lockin period.
Against my deposit of Rs 11000, the team sent me a bill for the entire amount, the break down for which had electricity charges, maintenance charges and separation charges, Apart from this they also sent a Lockin period charge of 10, 140.

Customer is not eligible for a refund as they have not completed the lock-in period. so corresponding charges have been added to their settlement. same response has been provided to the customer in the internal ticket. Hence, I request you to close the ticket.
