Hi,

I would like to raise a concern over the security deposit issues. I exited the property as of Jan 31st, 2024 but as of now i haven't received any refunds. I keep on opening the tickets but no one responds on what the status is. I want my voice to be raised and not only me many others who are staying in Colive or have Colive are facing issues. First thing they deduct a hefty amount from the deposit without proper documentation. And obviously they don't refund the deposit amount. I am also giving service ticket id incase it can be useful.

Colive Customer Care's response The team is working on it. The refund cheque was dispatched but the same has been returned back to us. We you to please share the current communication address so that we can re-dispatch the same.
