[Resolved]  Colive — Unable to get the refund

I am new to Bengaluru and was searching for temperary accomodation. At first colive sales person contacted me and offer the low rent on a property and while discussing they didn't mentioned any onboarding fee. But after a day the person calls me again and telling that the rent is increased and i need to book the property asap, and for that i need to pay 2000 INR, when i aske the person that in case i dont movein to colive property is this booking amount will be refunded or not. At that time the person told me that it will be refunded. When i was booking the property on their website it was showing 4000INR as booking amount. And again i discussed with the sales person. Again he told me that the amount will be refunded if i dont move in, and i paid 4000IRN for booking. After two days, searching online and reading about the colive review, i decided to not move in . And now they are saying that amount will not be refunded.
