Colive — Unable to get the refund

I am new to Bengaluru and was searching for temperary accomodation. At first colive sales person contacted me and offer the low rent on a property and while discussing they didn't mentioned any onboarding fee. But after a day the person calls me again and telling that the rent is increased and i need to book the property asap, and for that i need to pay 2000 INR, when i aske the person that in case i dont movein to colive property is this booking amount will be refunded or not. At that time the person told me that it will be refunded. When i was booking the property on their website it was showing 4000INR as booking amount. And again i discussed with the sales person. Again he told me that the amount will be refunded if i dont move in, and i paid 4000IRN for booking. After two days, searching online and reading about the colive review, i decided to not move in . And now they are saying that amount will not be refunded.

Colive Customer Care's response The reservation amount, as per company policy, is non-refundable but may be transferred to another property booking should you wish to change properties. However, if a sales representative has provided confirmation that the amount will be refunded, we will need to verify this claim. Please provide the confirmation received from the salesperson, along with your registered mobile number and payment details, so that we can proceed with the necessary verification and address your request accordingly.

I have the proof that the sales representative mentioning the amount will refunded if I don't wish to move in to colive. How do i share the call record to the colive?
