Colive has not refunded my security deposit of Rs. 16, 465 for my previous tenancy at Colive WhiteWings. My lease agreement with Colive ended on 31st march, and I have since vacated the property in accordance with the lease agreement.
I have tried contacting Colive WhatsApp chatBot, support number and already wasted around numerous hours in trying to reach on official channels. This is very frustrating and I was not informed about this thing when renting out the property.
Their customer care number does not work for billing related issues. The company doesn't pick up the call.
When i had checked in the property. They had taken bank account no. but when i tried to redeem the app said to enter address and they will send a cheque. After that they haven't sent any cheque or anything.
I have raised service requests 4 times with the company. They keep closing it without any resolution.
Please help in this matter. Should I file a FIR or a case with consumer court.
