Colive — Notice regarding separation charges

I vacated Medford property last year. Soon after vacating I have got a mail saying that I have some pending dues to be paid and on failing to do so I might be called for legal proceedings. So I checked the documents and paid my dues related to separation charges. Now after many months I have got a mail again asking to pay the same separation charges.
