Colive — Refund of deposit not done and harassment mails for excess amount to be paid

My daughter stayed at colive for 2 months and paid a refundable deposit of 7500 rs.
After leaving the hostel, colive has been harassing her with mails to pay excess amount towards damages, electricity and water to the extent of 13000 rs
Refundable deposit has not been paid.

During the stay too there was a severe water problem, place was unhygienic and always delays in food.
