Colive — Refund of Reservation amount

As I had paid reservation amount to Colive property on 25/06/2023 still I didn't receive any updates
And only for Reservation they are delaying so much then further process is difficult more over they also didn't say about water Scarcity as most of the review is on water problem in the property
So before they reserve the I have asked them to cancel the reservation
So please refund the reservation charges
As I am not interested in your service still now I didn't receive any acknowledgement for the payment
