Background: I had booked one single private room from Colive (Property name Colive 1225 Glarus) in consultation with their Sales representative Mr N Naagraj. Paid Advance of INR 23200/- online as communicated by Sales team and billing team.
As I have to check in on 25th May 25 as agreed over mail with sales representative.
Instance 1: Incorrect billing raised for the month of Apr for some other property. Raised SR against the same. Post discussion with Sales and Billing Team they have communicated the issue will be corrected from backend.
Instance 2: I visited Property a week before check-in their I came to know there was no such booking in my name as per words from Property manager Mr Akshat. Post which I had a discussion with my Sales representative Mr Naagrag for the same. He again assured me of the same property and stated that I will be getting room as committed.
On Check in Date: Mr Naagraj stops picking up mine call. As I have to arrange for the room to stay being came out of Bengaluru. I have to search for the room from scratch due to wrong/False commitment by colive sales team resulting in harassment and undue botheration.
Now I have raised request for refund of mine advance amount on their portal via SR number 480279. Trying to connect with Colive team on the number available on site i. e [protected] and over email. but not getting any response from team.
Request to help me in getting my advance refund as I haven't checked in the property due to false commitment by Sales representative. Was this information helpful? |
