[Resolved] Colive — Security money not refunded with harassment

I, Sneha Ghosh checked in colive madison pg on 18/06/2022 paying 13 thousand as deposit along with monthly rent. As informed i have raised my notice period(7 Aug) month before vacating the property to which i have received proper acknowledgment and confirmation from the company (attached photo) . On the designated date when i tried to leave the Property (8th Sept) they were shouting at me saying that the notice period has not been raised and that I have to pay the monthly rent (11 thousand) . i have already informed to the assistants, brokers, property owners through which i entered the property but i recieved no response from them but while leaving they are saying more money needs to get payed. According to promise i should have received my security deposit minus the seperation charges . I have not received any money plus they are asking more money(calling and harassing with abusive languages) separately as separation charges. Please help me from this fraudulence

Colive Customer Care's response Hi,

The deduction details shared in the final settlement is correct. As per the company guidelines, the check out must be done before last day of the month and of continued then the monthly rent for the next month will be charged on full. As you have vacated the property on 8th Sept 2022, the rental charges for that particular month is applicable. As the pending amount was not cleared before vacating the property, it got adjusted in the final settlement. Also, the extra charges pending after adjusting to the available security deposit has to be settled.
