Colive — Unnecessary charges after vacating the room

I have lived in Colive Garnet in Hyderabad for 9 months and deposited Rs 6500 as security. I have raised the notice period on 31st May and paid the rent of Jun. I checked out the room on 30 Jun 2023 as per the notice period I have raised. The deposited amount, after some deductions, the remaining amount must be refunded to my account. However, I have been slapped with unnecessary and unverified charges like rent outstanding and repair and, maintenance charges. After deducting all these charges from my deposits, they sent me a bill on 15th Jul 2023, where I need to pay them Rs 143. I have raised a ticket to their app and tried to verify the charges but the response is not satisfying. I again received another mail on 21st Jul 2023 stating that legal action will be taken if I don't pay the outstanding amount. I am ready to pay if the charges are verified and correct. But the management is ignoring the concerns and neglecting the issue.
